Ashland Senior Center

Ashland Senior Center

Mission Statement

The Ashland Senior Program strives to provide a support system to the older residents of Ashland, helping to enable them to live more independently and to continue as contributing members of the community. The Senior Center provides a venue for social interaction through recreational and health related activities and educational opportunities.

The Ashland Senior Center is located in Hunter Park at 1699 Homes Avenue and is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. If you are interested in any of the activities offered at the Senior Center please call 541.488.5342 for more information.

The program offers a variety of recreational and social activities at the Senior Center. The Center is also the meal site for the Food & Friends Program, providing lunch for seniors age 60 and older (by donation), from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. From November 21 through December 9, the Senior Center is requesting White Elephant gift items for the annual holiday celebration in December. If you have items that are still too good to throw away, but you no longer need, please consider donating!

The Center will be closed the following days in November: The 11th for Veteran's Day; 24th and 25th for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
